William Edward "Bill" Orr III ,51, died unexpectedly on July 23, 2016 in Pennsylvania. He was a long time resident of Enfield, CT and Winchester, VA and had recently moved to Middletown. Bill was born on August 29, 1964 in New York to the late William Edward Orr Jr. and Anita (Demas) Orr. He attended Enrico Fermi High school in Enfield. He worked for many years as a printer which brought him from Connecticut to New York to Virginia where he became a shift manager at Quad Graphics. Along this path he made many long lasting friendships. Bill enjoyed golfing with his brothers and friends. He loved to vacation in Aruba. Bill enjoyed rooting for his two home teams the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots. His greatest joy in life was spending time with his kids and grandkids. Bill is survived by his fiancé Robin Clark and her loving family that welcomed him with open arms. His children Kristy Preli and her husband Robert, Billy, Jessica, and Vanessa Orr, April Sloan, Anne and Denis Alexander. His three grandsons Carter Orr-Olschafskie, Benjamin and Joseph Preli. His sister Deborah Heon and her husband Dave. His brothers Christopher and Robert Orr. Along with many other family members and friends that will all miss him dearly. In keeping with Bill's loving and generous spirit, it was his decision to donate life so that others may live. Relatives and friends are welcome to join the family on Friday, July 29, 2016, from 4 pm to 7 pm at the Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd., Enfield. A funeral service in celebration of Bill's life will begin at 7 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
